When can I receive my order?

***If you are purchasing a holiday pie, please be sure to read the product description prior to purchasing. Holiday pie pickups are on 11/23. Oakland will not be offering delivery. Bay Area Pickup locations are Morningtide Shop in Albany from 2-5pm, EoF Studio from 11-4pm, and The Prep Station in Alameda from 12-1pm. Select your choice at checkout.***

Please be sure to read the very top of our website for special announcements regarding days when we may be closed or booked for orders.

All orders require a two day notice. Orders placed after 5pm are considered the next business day. We occasionally have space for last minute cake orders, please email to inquire if you’re short on time.

Please note the following.

• We are closed Sundays-Tuesdays.

• Cake and flower promo is for Saturdays only.

• We do not offer same day or next day pick up or delivery.

Example: An order placed on Monday before 5pm can be picked up or delivered on Wednesday. An order placed on Wednesday after 5pm can be picked up or delivered on Saturday.

If you need to make special arrangements for pick up or delivery, please email. If you need an order on short notice, please email us and we will try our best to accommodate - a rush fee will apply.

Where can I pick-up my order?

We offer pick-ups at the following locations:

Bay Area

• Alameda, The Prep Station, 2400 Monarch St. (94501), at 12pm only.

• Oakland, EoF Studio, 329 17th St. (94612) between 11-4pm.

Los Angeles

• 5305 W. Centinela Ave, at 12pm only

Where and when do you deliver?

For Los Angeles, we make deliveries within a 25 mile radius of 90056 for a fee depending on the location.

For the Bay Area, we deliver to Oakland, Alameda, Albany, and Berkeley for $8. For wedding and catering, we deliver up to 1 hour away. 

If you are located outside of our delivery zone, please send an email to make special delivery arrangements. 

We aim for your order to arrive within an hour window of your preferred delivery time, however, it may vary depending on our delivery schedule for the day. We will notify the customer on file should there be any delay exceeding the delivery window.

If your order is a gift to a recipient outside of your household, please provide their phone number when placing your order.

Refunds

Please note that refunds are subject to a small processing fee when orders are cancelled by the customer because of the following reasons:

• Same day order which can not be fulfilled.

• Next day order which can not be fulfilled.

• Orders placed after a Holiday deadline date.

• Orders placed for a pick-up or delivery date when the bakery is closed.

If the customer does not prefer to select a different pick-up or delivery date or accept store credit then we will issue the customer a full refund less a 5% fee of the total amount refunded. We incur processing fees from the website’s payment processing software for all transactions, including refunds.

Is there a delivery minimum?

Deliveries located 15 miles or less from pick-up site

• No minimum order amount required

Deliveries between 16-30 miles from pick-up site

• Order should total a minimum of $35

If you are located more than 30 miles away from our designated pick-up sites, please send an email to inquire about special delivery arrangements. 

Do you ship?

We do not offer shipping at this time.

Do you offer custom cakes?

Unless a custom cake is requested, all decorations are baker’s choice which typically includes minimal buttercream with bright colors, sprinkles, and fresh florals. Custom designs can include full coverage buttercream, specific florals or colors, gold or silver leaf, chocolate or caramel drips, and more. Our existing flavors can also be mixed and matched for custom pairings. Custom design requests should be sent via email prior to placing your order and will incur an additional fee.
